Job summary

AL BASTI MUKTHA LLC is seeking a BIM Modeler to develop accurate 3D BIM models for civil infrastructure projects, incorporating site topography and utilities. You will work with BIM coordinators and project engineers to maintain model integrity and deliver construction documents directly from BIM models.

The role requires 3–5 years of BIM experience in civil infrastructure, proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D or Bentley OpenRoads, and a strong grasp of grading, drainage, and road design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of BIM Modeler experience in civil infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D or Bentley OpenRoads.
• Solid understanding of grading, drainage and road design.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for civil infrastructure incorporating site topo and utilities.
• Collaborate with BIM coordinators and project engineers to ensure model integrity.
• Generate construction documentation directly from BIM models (plans, sections, details).
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts before construction.
