Job Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models for civil infrastructure projects incorporating site topography utilities and earthworks
• Collaborate closely with BIM coordinators and project engineers to ensure model integrity and adherence to project standards
• Generate construction documentation including plans sections and details directly from the BIM model
• Perform clash detection and resolution for civil elements identifying and mitigating potential conflicts before construction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler, with a strong focus on civil infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Bentley OpenRoads, or similar civil BIM software.
• Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, including grading, drainage, and road design.
