You will handle plans, shoots, editing, and final delivery, collaborating with sales and marketing to create property tours, agent content, reels, and photography. The role requires strong editing skills and a proven real estate portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven portfolio in real estate photography and videography.
• Strong editing and post-production skills.
• Proficient with listed editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop or Lightroom.
• Knowledge of lighting, composition, framing, camera operation and audio recording.
• Ability to create engaging short-form content for social media.
• Strong attention to detail and visual creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial properties with professional equipment.
• Shoot property videos, walkthroughs, reels, and short-form content.
• Film real estate agents for property presentations and promos.
• Plan and execute concepts, shot lists, angles and requirements.
• Edit video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, listings and ads.
• Edit and retouch property photos for professional presentation.
• Add music, transitions, captions, graphics, voiceovers and color correction.
• Deliver content within deadlines and manage multiple projects.
