Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in chocolate production or related supervisory role.
• Proficient in food safety and hygiene practices.
• Previous experience in large-scale chocolate or confectionery manufacturing.

• Guide and oversee daily production operations.
• Manage production staff and maintain high standards.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and deadlines are met.
