Job summary

National Food Products Company (NFPC) in Dubai is seeking energetic Chilled Warehouse Order Pickers to safely collect, pack, and prepare fresh dairy and beverage orders inside our temperature‑controlled Mega Plant.

You will push trolleys in the refrigerated warehouse, wrap pallets tightly, clean up spills, and follow the shift supervisor to ensure accurate deliveries. The role requires enduring 2–4°C storage and the ability to lift heavy crates.

Qualifications

• Cold endurance: must be fit to work in freezing storage (2–4°C).
• Physical strength: capable of lifting heavy crates and standing all day.
• Accuracy: must match product barcode numbers with the picking list.

Responsibilities

• Collect Lacnor juice flavors and Oasis water boxes per daily order list.
• Wrap completed pallets tightly with stretch film.
• Clean spills promptly using a floor mop in the cold storage area.
• Follow shift supervisor instructions to avoid packing wrong items.

Job description

National Food Products Company (NFPC) needs energetic Chilled Warehouse Order Pickers to safely collect, pack, and prepare fresh dairy and beverage orders inside our temperature-controlled Mega Plant.

Daily Warehouse Tasks:

• Push metal trolleys inside the refrigerated warehouse to collect different flavors of Lacnor juice and Oasis water boxes based on the daily order list.
• Wrap completed wooden pallets tightly with clear plastic stretch film so the food boxes do not fall down during the truck delivery.
• Clean up quickly using a floor mop if a fresh milk bottle accidentally breaks and spills on the cold warehouse floor.
• Listen carefully to the shift supervisor who calls out delivery numbers through a loud microphone to avoid packing the wrong items.

Rules for Selection:

• Cold Endurance: You must be medically fit and comfortable working inside freezing storage rooms (2 to 4 degrees Celsius) for your entire shift.
• Physical Strength: You need a strong back and arms because you will be lifting heavy crates of dairy products continuously all day long.
• Accuracy: Knowing how to match the product barcode numbers exactly with the numbers written on your paper picking list.
