Job summary

Neuroscale is seeking a senior engineering leader to define the technical vision, own the platform architecture, and guide the end-to-end engineering roadmap across backend systems, AI/ML infrastructure, and APIs.

You will recruit and scale a world-class team, set engineering practices for security and reliability, and represent technical strategy to customers and partners while delivering high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a technical leader and hands-on builder.
• Ability to function as both an Individual Contributor and a Leader.
• Deep expertise in backend systems and AI/ML infrastructure.
• Experience scaling engineering teams and technical culture.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to translate roadmap into reality.

Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 with OTE up to $350,000
• 2 - 4% equity ownership
• $250,000 in AI tooling credits
