Job summary

Job description
KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Follow up the daily work for inspectors and inform the main supervisor for delays and absences and take the necessary procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Review daily reports of the inspectors and discuss the cases of offenses and problems and reporting for the daily results to the Chief supervisor with identifying recommendations regarding offenses.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the work carried out and compare it with labor indicators, statistics, data, and the difficulties overcome, and provide observations and suggestions for improving the work and raise it to the Section Manager on time.
  • Conduct field inspection for heavy vehicles.
  • Supervise smart control system center inspectors and take appropriate action regarding abuses and fines. Ensure that all systems and surveillance cameras work well.
  • Perform other related responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
  • Supervise the preparation and implementation of section key performance indicators.
  • Distribute labor for inspectors according to the monthly work schedule after its adoption, and issue the necessary instructions and guidelines for inspectors within the scope of the authorized powers to perform specific tasks effectively.
  • Prepare the action plan (annual-monthly-weekly) for the section.
  • Conduct field inspection tours to ensure that the inspectors implement their field work according to approved schedules and in accordance with the applied regulations and systems.
  • Respond to complaints and suggestions and follow up their closure, conduct necessary investigations through field visits to the site, and provide reports on the results of investigations with recommendations without delay.
  • Prepare evidence and documents related to grievances, and raise them to Traffic Prosecution.
