Job summary

The Greater Change is seeking a Head of Product, UX & Design to own what they build and how it feels as they develop AI-native, agentic homes and workplaces. The client’s intelligent agent learns occupants to adapt environments toward wellness and longevity.

Reporting to the Chief AI Officer, you will lead product owners, designers and creative talent to turn the CAIO’s vision into clear roadmaps and a premium experience across every touchpoint: the super app, wall switches, smart mirrors,

Qualifications

• Product strategy, roadmapping and OKRs for multi-product platform.
• UX, interaction design across mobile, web and embedded displays.
• Visual design systems, typography and motion design excellence.
• Understanding of AI products and trustworthy AI experiences.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, marketing and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead product owners/managers and design teams across three product lines.
• Turn CAIO's vision into prioritised roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Own end-to-end journey of the super app, from pre-sales to living.
• Define success metrics and drive cadence across discovery, PRDs and launches.
• Set quality bar for micro-interactions, motion and polish.
