Job summary

American Hospital Dubai seeks a strategic leader to direct the Physiotherapy Division, elevating clinical excellence, patient-centred care, and operational performance in line with JCI and DHA standards. You will shape service delivery, drive research, and foster innovation across programs.

This role oversees budgeting, staffing, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary collaboration, mentoring staff and building partnerships with physicians and academic partners to advance rehabilitation

Qualifications

Doctor of Physiotherapy (DPT) or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy.
Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility.
Minimum nine years of progressive physiotherapy experience with leadership.
Knowledge of JCI accreditation standards and quality governance.
Experience with digital health trends, tele-rehabilitation, EMR integration.

Responsibilities

Directs the Physiotherapy Division's clinical, administrative and financial functions.
Sets strategic direction and expands services to improve access and outcomes.
Oversees budgeting, staffing and resource allocation; monitors KPIs and patient satisfaction.
Ensures ongoing JCI accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.
Leads multidisciplinary teams and fosters innovation and professional development.
Represents the division in hospital committees and collaborates with stakeholders.
