Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts MEA seeks an experienced Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) to shape and deliver the Group’s people strategy across its hotels in the Middle East and GCC. This executive role drives leadership capability, workforce planning, HR operations and people infrastructure to align HR priorities with business performance and guest experiences.

• Experience leading HR across multiple GCC countries and diverse, multicultural workforces.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with CEOs, Boards, owners and senior leadership.
• Experience in hotels, hospitality or other complex, multi-site service environments.
• Proven track record of organizational transformation and change management.
• Strong expertise in talent, succession, performance, rewards, employee relations and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group-wide human capital strategy aligned with business objectives, brand standards and growth plans.
• Advise CEO and Board on organization design, workforce planning and leadership matters.
• Lead corporate HR and provide strategic direction to property HR teams across the Group.
• Foster high-performance, guest-centric culture with ownership and accountability.
• Oversee organization design, manpower optimization and change management across sites.
• Drive talent acquisition, employer branding, leadership development and internal mobility.
• Establish performance management, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll governance and rewards strategies.
• Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws, nationalization requirements and HR governance.
• Drive HR technology, HRIS and analytics to improve decision-making.
• Strengthen leadership and frontline workforce effectiveness across the Group.
