About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to work directly with a Founder amp Principal overseeing a portfolio of businesses spanning investment management technology and infrastructure The successful candidate will act as a trusted right-hand person to the Principal helping manage priorities coordinate across multiple businesses and ensure key decisions and strategic initiatives are executed effectively Working closely with the CEOs of the individual businesses the Chief of Staff will provide structure oversight and coordination across the group ensuring the Principal is well informed and equipped to make key business and investment decisions This is a senior high-trust position requiring strong commercial acumen exceptional judgement and the ability to operate confidently at C-suite level

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary link between the Principal and the CEOs of the group s businesses
• Coordinate business updates executive meetings and key priorities across the portfolio
• Review reports investment papers and business proposals ensuring key information and recommendations are clearly presented
• Prepare the Principal for board meetings investment discussions negotiations and other strategic engagements
• Communicate decisions monitor progress and ensure agreed actions are delivered
• Identify cross-business priorities potential risks and matters requiring the Principal s attention
• Manage the Principal s schedule travel correspondence and daily priorities
• Handle requests and stakeholder communications on the Principal s behalf where authorised
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives across the group as required
• Build effective working relationships with senior executives investors and key external stakeholders
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive business financial and personal information

Candidate Requirements

• minimum of 10 years in same or similar rolemust have experience working with CEO, Founder, Principal or other key company stakeholders directly
• Preferred experience working at group level overseeing portfolio companies
• Bachelors degree minimum qualification
• MUST be able to travel for work mainly between UAE and Switzerland
