Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants is seeking a seasoned senior leader to drive and scale a next‑generation mobility business in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will own strategic roadmaps, lead ITS, traffic/tunnel, EV infrastructure, and MaaS initiatives, and manage P&L with a safety‑first culture.

Requirements: 10–15 years in transport systems or ITS, senior leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, tendering and partnerships. Fluency in English (Arabic desirable).

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in transport systems, ITS, or EV infra with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex transport projects and managing P&L.
• Strong commercial acumen in tendering, contracts, and partnerships.
• Fluent in English; Arabic desirable for UAE market.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic mobility roadmap across ITS, tunnel control, EV infra, and MaaS.
• Lead delivery of large-scale projects on time and to specification; manage O&M and concessions.
• Own P&L, develop revenue models, and drive sustainable growth.
• Provide senior technical guidance and oversee integration of mobility solutions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, assess risks, and implement continuity plans.
• Build relationships with government agencies, municipalities, and private partners.
• Inspire multidisciplinary teams with a safety-first, performance-driven culture.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational optimization.
