Gym Nation in Dubai is seeking a world-class Head of Member Retention & Loyalty to own churn, tenure and member lifetime value end-to-end. This role will shape retention strategy across cohorts, with direct influence on how members stay engaged from their first workout to long-term loyalty.

You’ll unite behavioural science, technology and creativity into a single retention system, leveraging AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Retention Strategy & Ownership: Own the retention strategy and be accountable for member churn, average length of stay and lifetime value across the business.
• Behavioural Science, Onboarding & Habit Formation: Redesign onboarding and the critical first 90 days around the behaviours that predict long-term membership.
• Gamification: Design and work with the tech team to ship gamification inside Gym.
