Job summary

SEVEN Wellness Club in Dubai seeks a DHA-licensed General Practitioner with a strong background in diagnostic screenings, functional medicine, and preventive care. You will lead clinical and operational aspects, drive regenerative therapies, and empower patients through education to achieve long-term health outcomes.

The ideal candidate has MBBS/MD, advanced functional medicine training, and a track record in leading multidisciplinary teams. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DHA-licensed GP credential.
• MBBS/MD degree or equivalent.
• Advanced certification in functional/integrative medicine.
• Experience in regenerative peptide and hormonal therapies.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary clinical teams.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and familiarity with AI-enhanced diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all medical clinical and operational aspects of the clinic.
• Oversee functional preventative hormonal and regenerative medicine services.
• Act as the primary clinical authority and decision-maker.
• Ensure DHA compliance, patient safety and service excellence.
• Manage clinical teams and treatment protocols across all service lines.
• Deliver high-standard functional and preventative medical care.
• Develop and implement advanced treatment protocols.
• Lead and supervise all clinical and operational staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DHA and clinical governance standards.
• Drive service quality, innovation and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and medical decision-making.
