Job summary

Mira Group is seeking an exceptional Head of Legal to lead the Group’s legal function and provide strategic, commercially focused leadership across its real estate, development and investment activities. This senior role requires hands-on experience with land acquisitions, development structures, JVs, financing and complex contracts, with UAE/GCC exposure preferred.

The Head of Legal will act as a true business partner to the leadership team.

Qualifications

Senior leadership role in a legal function with development experience.
Experience with land acquisitions, JVs, investments and financing.
UAE/GCC exposure preferred; strong English is essential.

Responsibilities

Lead all legal matters relating to real estate development and investment.
Advise on land acquisitions, development structures, JVs, investments and financing.
Lead negotiation of major development, construction and commercial agreements.
Manage legal due diligence for acquisitions and investments.
Oversee disputes, claims and external legal counsel.
Advise the CEO, Board and senior management on legal and commercial risks.
Build and lead an effective in-house legal function.
Establish strong legal governance, contracts and risk-management processes.
