Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with RTA Project Managers and engineers to develop design drawings for transport network improvements.
• Prepare digital maps and designs of RTA assets using software platforms such as MicroStation and GIS.
• Design and modify traffic signs, traffic calming measures, and road infrastructure improvement plans.
• Develop safety measures for school zones, mosques, and blackspot locations in Dubai.
• Create geometric layouts for Work Zone Traffic Management and Road Safety Auditing projects.
• Translate safety engineers’ verbal requests into conceptual engineering drawings per Dubai standards.
• Support the preparation of technical presentations, drawings, and boards for higher management.
• Adhere to RTA information security policies and data protection regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related + 2-5 years of experience.
