Job summary

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in content management, editorial leadership, or strategic communications.
• Fluent in English (written, reading, and verbal communication is mandatory).
• Working knowledge of Arabic (ability to read and understand Arabic content is required).
• Proven experience leading editorial teams and managing high-volume content production.
• Strong ability to unify messaging across multilingual and multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Experience working with government entities, large organizations, or media institutions is highly preferred.
• Strong editorial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to operate in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the content and editorial function, ensuring high-quality output across all platforms
• Oversee content planning, writing, editing, and publishing across news, digital, and communication channels
• Collaborate closely with Arabic and English teams to ensure alignment and unified messaging
• Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to consolidate inputs into clear, consistent communications
• Establish and enforce editorial standards, tone of voice, and quality control processes
• Review and approve all content prior to publication to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Ensure all content aligns with organizational priorities and strategic communication objectives
• Continuously improve editorial workflows, governance, and content efficiency
