Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Chemistry to Secondary/Senior school students.
• Strong subject knowledge and practical laboratory competence.
• Familiarity with IGCSE and A Level chemistry curricula.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across the secondary and senior phases.
• Teach Chemistry in line with the British Curriculum, IGCSE, and A Level requirements.
• Develop students’ understanding of atomic structure, bonding, energetics, kinetics, and organic chemistry.
• Plan lessons balancing theory, experimentation and exam preparation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and assessments.
• Maintain clear communications with students, parents, and leaders.
• Organise laboratory resources and ensure safe laboratory practices.
