Responsibilities

• Perform chemical experiments and tests to develop new products or improve existing ones.
• Monitor laboratory processes to ensure efficiency and meet quality requirements.
• Analyze data from experiments and tests, interpret results, and make recommendations accordingly.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all experiments, tests, analyses, etc.
• Maintain equipment used in the laboratories according to safety protocols.
• Train other team members on laboratory procedures or safety protocols.
