Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Understanding of nutrition and its impact on food preparation.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with the menu and recipes;
• Ensure all food is cooked according to health & safety regulations;
• Supervise kitchen staff, including training and scheduling;
• Monitor stock levels and ensure minimum waste;
• Provide guidance on menu development;
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef.
