Responsibilities

This includes designing menus, ensuring food safety standards are met, managing the kitchen staff, ordering supplies and taking responsibility for food quality control. The Chef will also need to ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good condition and that cleanliness is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

At least two years' experience as a Chef is required. A passion for cooking with an attention to detail is essential, as is being able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Previous experience of working with different types of international cuisine would be advantageous but not essential. Applicants must also be able to work flexible hours where necessary.
