Job summary

Workato in El-Ain, UAE seeks an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen, plan menus, order supplies and supervise staff.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in a similar role, proven kitchen leadership, superb culinary skills and strict knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

You will work with other departments to ensure quality across a fast-paced operation, deliver consistent dishes, maintain costs, and uphold standards. Salary: 1,400 AED per month.

Job Description

The Chef will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen operations including menu planning, ordering, scheduling, staff management, food preparation, presentation and service. The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene regulations as well as experience leading a team of cooks. The Chef must be able to create new recipes that meet our customers’ expectations while keeping costs low. The Chef should also have the ability to work effectively with other departments such as marketing, finance and operations teams.

Salary: 1400 per month
