Job summary

PPOAR in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Chef to prepare and produce high-quality meals, while handling ordering, inventory control and occasional special dishes on request.

The ideal candidate will have a culinary arts degree or equivalent training, strong organizational and communication skills, and knowledge of food safety regulations. You must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays; competitive benefits are offered, with a salary of 1100 AED per month.

• Ensure all meals are prepared efficiently and that they adhere to high standards of quality.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the manager.

As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and producing high quality meals in line with customer expectations. You will also be required to take on some administrative tasks such as ordering, inventory control and preparation of special dishes upon request.

The ideal candidate should have a culinary arts degree or equivalent training and/or experience in food preparation. You should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must have knowledge of food safety regulations and health code requirements.
