The Parlour, part of The FAB Group, is recruiting a Chef De Partie to join its Dubai kitchen. You will run a designated section, ensure consistency, and uphold hygiene standards in a fast-paced service environment.

With 3+ years of professional kitchen experience, you will lead a small team of Commis, follow recipes and standards, and help maintain order and quality across prep and service in the UAE.
