About the location:

Located at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, a place where every expectation is exceeded. A team packed for training and fostering growth for every employee.

What you will do
  • Prepare food items that meet guest orders maintaining quality via recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation; set up a station for breakfast, lunch or dinner service.
  • Start advance food items, ensuring none are overshoted, using estimation means.
  • Train, motivate, give direction, and oversee kitchen workers to comply with cultural and core check.
  • Operate, maintain and clean all culinary machinery – deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron and flat‑top grill.
What you bring
  • Minimum four year’s culinary or another related work background.
  • Culinary school or culinary institute schooling or equivalent experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of kitchen technique and food‑safety rules.
  • Hard focus on details and keeping hygiene and cleanliness at top level.
  • Communication and teamwork skills, English fluent.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods within fast paced context.
  • Hours shift flexibility – evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.
  • Positive sta­tus, totes to admits new skills, and growth.
