About The Role

Are you passionate about the culinary world? Do you thrive working in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural environment? As a Chef de Partie you will manage and organize the mise‑en‑place for your section, produce the highest food quality, assist the Chef de Cuisine in leading the kitchen, support the Sous Chef in creating exciting new dishes and recipes.

About You

The ideal candidate has 1‑2 years of experience in a similar role in an international luxury hotel, excellent communication skills, is a team player, can manage multiple tasks and holds confidence dealing with a diverse clientele. A Diploma in Culinary, 2‑3 years experience in pastry or fine dining, and a health and safety certification are preferred.
