We are looking for a creative Chef de Partie – Cold Kitchen, specializing in Lebanese cuisine. Responsibilities
- Manage the cold kitchen station, including mise en place, preparation, and service of salads, cold appetizers, and dressings according to company standardised recipes.
- Execute and present dishes to the highest standards, maintaining balance, freshness and visual appeal.
- Ensure ingredient quality, freshness and portion control at all times.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and menu development team to design and refine cold dishes that complement the African‑inspired theme.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food‑safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth flow during busy services.
- Maintain an organised, clean and efficient cold kitchen station.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a cold kitchen at a fine‑dining Lebanese restaurant.
- Strong knife skills, plating aesthetics and understanding of flavour balancing in cold dishes.
- Creativity and precision – ability to make cold dishes exciting, artistic and in harmony with the Lebanese theme.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Energetic, positive and team‑oriented.
- Well‑groomed and professional in appearance, with awareness of partial guest visibility in open kitchen concepts.
- Open to working weekends, evenings and holidays.
- Any nationality welcome – passion and skill are key.
