Job summary

Premier Inn Hotels LLC is seeking a Chef De Partie to assist the head chef and run a section in our Dubai kitchen. You will help build a motivated team and consistently deliver excellent guest experiences in a bustling hotel environment.

You will ensure quality food preparation, adhere to hygiene standards, and communicate effectively with the team. The role requires 4+ years in hotel/F&B and strong English, with opportunities for growth within Premier Inn.

Qualifications

• Ideally background from hotel/F&B, 4+ years as Chef De Partie in a 3-star or better hotel.
• Degree in Culinary Arts is an advantage.
• Advanced English language.
• Good computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Under head chef guidance, support kitchen operations and maintain quality.
• Communicate stock levels, best practices and quality control to the team.
• Ensure food preparation and portions meet quality and quantity standards.
• Control storage to minimize spoilage and waste; manage portions to control costs.
• Follow SOPs and work with set recipes.
