Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a Chef de Partie - Hot Kitchen to join our culinary team. You will bring strong technical expertise and international experience to our high-volume kitchen, delivering consistent quality across à la carte, buffet and function services.

You will train and share technical knowledge with the wider culinary team while maintaining HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards during demanding service periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar in a busy hotel, resort or kitchen.
• Experience across hot-line, à la carte, buffet, banquet and high-volume service.
• Specialist knowledge of hot-kitchen techniques, temperature control, finishing, and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent quality from the hot kitchen across high-volume service.
• Share techniques and knowledge with the culinary team.
• Train, coach and transfer culinary knowledge to junior staff.
