Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of ingredients, mise en place, and cooking under the guidance of the Sous Chef.
• Execute cooking tasks as assigned, ensuring dishes meet quality standards.
• Maintain and organize assigned section of the kitchen.
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of dishes.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in menu development and testing recipes.
• Work closely with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Monitor food inventory and manage stock levels.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Be flexible and work in various kitchen sections.
