Couqley Downtown Dubai, operated under Accor, is inviting a talented Chef De Partie to join our premium French brasserie kitchen team. You will oversee a dedicated kitchen section, ensuring top-tier food quality and presentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires culinary excellence, strong French culinary knowledge, and leadership to train junior staff, while maintaining strict food safety practices and collaboration with other sections for seamless service.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen
• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role for a high end Ala Carte Restaurant
• Strong knowledge of various French cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate a designated section of the kitchen, maintaining efficiency and quality standards
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in your section
• Ensure proper food storage, handling, and rotation to maintain freshness and minimize waste
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
