Job Title: Chef • Location: Dubai, UAE • Salary: 1700 AED/Month. We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our restaurant in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work independently and manage a team of kitchen staff. The Chef should be creative and have a passion for preparing delicious food and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create menus with the latest culinary trends in mind
• Manage the kitchen staff and oversee their daily tasks
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipe specs and presented beautifully
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness in the kitchen at all times
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor portion control to ensure cost efficiency
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality ingredients are delivered on time
• Train kitchen staff on food safety regulations and kitchen protocols.

Qualifications
