Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in chassis manufacturing or heavy commercial vehicle production.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record in managing manufacturing teams and achieving production targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end chassis manufacturing processes ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor daily production schedules and manpower allocation.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement and logistics teams.
