Overview:

We’re looking for an exceptional Change Manager to lead a critical, Group-wide cultural and behavioural change program. You will be the force behind embedding best practices for Information Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across all brands and markets of our large, dynamic organization.

This high-impact role requires a blend of creativity and strategy. You won’t just communicate policy—you’ll use storytelling, creative design thinking, and influence to turn complex compliance into inspiring, human-centered campaigns that drive measurable adoption and risk reduction.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead Cultural Transformation: Design and execute the Group-wide change strategy, translating technical security requirements into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Drive Behavioural Change: Partner with People & Culture and Communications to foster a culture of accountability and cyber awareness, embedding security principles into daily ways of working across all levels.
  • Influence & Engage: Build strong relationships with leadership across the business to secure buy-in. Create high-impact content (videos, events, visual content) that makes security relatable and inspiring.
  • Measure Success: Integrate change management into all key security projects, establishing metrics and measuring the maturity of adoption and behavioural change.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic communications, ideally within a multinational matrix environment.
  • Proven track record of driving large-scale cultural and behavioural change.
  • Exceptional communication skills—you’re a master storyteller who can simplify complex security concepts.
  • A creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to achieving impact.
  • Strong project management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Familiarity with Information Security or Risk Culture is a bonus, but a passion for learning and transformation is key!
