Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, including 5+ years in a CFO / Deputy CFO role in insurance / reinsurance.
• Proficient in insurance accounting, IFRS 17, solvency frameworks, reinsurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven record of managing finance functions and teams in large or complex insurance organisations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of UAE and other applicable regulations.
• Lead finance transformation, implementing automation and AI-based analytics.
• Oversee treasury operations and manage banking relationships.
