Job summary

AL FATH GROUP is hiring a Team Coordinator in Dubai to provide administrative support to the Center Manager and tutoring staff. You will greet families, manage enrolments and withdrawals, and coordinate lesson scheduling in a fast-paced center environment.

Both experienced and freshers can apply. The role is full-time and permanent with a monthly salary between 2500 AED and 4000 AED, including visa support and UAE-compliant benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong communication and welcoming front-of-house skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate with tutors.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Center Manager and Tutors.
• Provide warm greetings for families and maintain a welcoming front of house.
• Book and track assessments withdrawals and enrolment.
• Schedule student lessons.
• Monitor student attendance and communicate to families and Center Manager.
• Efficiently manage tutor schedules.
