We drive the strategy and creative work that provide both new and existing customers with simple, engaging and inspiring marketing experiences.As Marcom's Media Manager for CEMEA you will be responsible for working with the agency and Apple’s internal teams in the planning and execution of hyper local, digital first media campaigns in Saudi Arabia, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates and Poland. You will have an expertise in digital platforms, an understanding of media nuances, and creative best practices.

Description

The CEMEA media specialist will oversee the strategy and implementation of paid media efforts, including social media initiatives, tailored to each regional market. Partnering closely with the advertising team, they will bring media-driven perspectives into the creative process, helping shape ideas. This role also focuses on managing media budgets, guiding agency partners, and continuously exploring new channels and formats to keep Apple at the forefront of media innovation across diverse markets.

Responsibilities
  • Media lead for planning and execution of paid campaigns, inclusive of social programs, in each market.
  • Be an absolute expert in digital media with the ability to explore how Apple can reach new audiences via digital and social.
  • Interpret digital & social performance tracking data and SEM performance from our media agency, which would lead into insights for future use.
  • Work closely with advertising team to support the creative development process, unearthing and contributing media insights to guide creative conception through to execution.
  • Regularly evaluate our media approaches, identifying and testing new opportunities to expand our presence across new platforms and formats.
  • Lead and inspire our agency partners to deliver creative, innovative and effective go to market campaigns.
  • Understand the differences and nuances by market to ensure our media campaigns resonate and create impact.
  • Continue to keep the greater Marcom team abreast of creative media innovation.
  • Manage media budgets and feed into the quarterly planning process.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a media agency (with focus on digital) or from a digital/social platform.
  • Experience in crafting, executing and reporting digital media campaigns.
  • Outstanding digital and social media knowledge, and an understanding of the fundamentals of the role of other media in the overall media mix eg broadcast and outdoor.
  • Deep understanding of media buying, media analytics and how AI is transforming the landscape.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms ie Amazon including search programs.
  • Excellent English communications skills - written and oral.
  • The skills to lead project development discussions.
  • Ability to collaborate with others, and prioritize work quickly and efficiently within very tight time frames.
  • Entrepreneurial and curious as it relates to the fast evolving media landscape and new ad tech opportunities.
