About the job CDE PROJECT MANAGER - AUTODESK, ORACLE PRIMAVERA
We are seeking an experienced Common Data Environment Project Manager to lead a large-scale PLM (Project Lifecycle Management) Transformation Program. The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier and Autodesk Construction Cloud, driving process standardization, digital adoption, and business transformation across construction and asset management operations.
This role spans systems implementation, process re-engineering, data migration oversight, and change management to ensure full integration of technology, people, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Governance
- Lead the end-to-end PLM transformation programme, ensuring successful implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
- Define, plan, and execute the transformation roadmap, aligning with strategic goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Monitor delivery to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Establish strong governance frameworks, reporting structures, and steering committees.
Systems Implementation Oversight
- Collaborate with IT teams, software vendors, and system integrators on configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Manage system integration with existing platforms (ERP, DMS, BI tools, etc.).
- Oversee data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and user onboarding.
- Monitor post-go-live performance and coordinate system enhancements.
Change Management & People Enablement
- Develop and execute a change management strategy to ensure user adoption and stakeholder alignment.
- Conduct impact assessments, readiness reviews, and training workshops.
- Act as a change champion, supporting department heads and teams through transformation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, vendors, and technology teams.
- Communicate progress, risks, and key decisions to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships across project, commercial, procurement, and IT departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in project management or digital transformation within construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record leading enterprise technology implementations (preferably Oracle Primavera, Autodesk, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of CDE / PMIS platforms, data migration, and systems integration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
