Job summary

OKX inDubai is seeking a Team Lead for Customer Due Diligence Operations (KYB) to oversee KYC cases and AML compliance. The role requires strong people management, cross-border experience, and close collaboration with Compliance and business units.

Onsite in Dubai with a focus on regulatory adherence and process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in KYC/KYB/AML, a bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in KYC/KYB, AML compliance or related function in financial services.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven people management experience.
• Strong English communication, planning and organizational skills.
• Team player with ability to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide people management and development to meet service levels.
• Liaise with Compliance and management within business units.
• Oversee onboarding and implement process improvements.
• Monitor periodic reviews to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Prepare daily and weekly metrics and progress reports.
• Act as the main contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure all legal/data files are maintained per regulations.
• Lead specific projects as needed.
