Job summary

Salve.Inno Consulting is seeking an experienced CCTV/Surveillance Engineer to maintain and monitor surveillance systems across a dynamic setup in the UAE. You will install, configure, and support VMS solutions, ensure secure connectivity, and train users on proper operation.

The role requires hands-on experience with surveillance hardware, Windows/Linux servers, and storage systems, with a focus on reliability and rapid issue resolution. UAE-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent English speaker (B2 level or higher) with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Education in Electrical Instrumentation Control Systems Engineering or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of surveillance systems and their software solutions.
• Proven experience with installation and configuration of surveillance setups.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of surveillance equipment.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with video management software (VMS) or equivalents preferred.
• Understanding of storage solutions (SAN/NAS/DAS) beneficial.
• Basic network administration including user and backup management.
• Knowledge of server and storage hardware brands is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of networking protocols (TCP/IP).

Responsibilities

• Install and manage surveillance software applications.
• Continuously monitor surveillance services and applications.
• Perform routine maintenance following maintenance schedules.
• Provide training and create documentation for proper system operation.
• Assess reliability and performance of surveillance services.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure secure connectivity and data protection.
• Install and verify functioning of client surveillance software.
• Prepare systems for emergency responses and ensure quick recovery.
• Handle repair requests and provide after-hours support.

Requirements
