Job summary

Durucooperation in the United Arab Emirates is seeking experienced CBT Welding Inspectors to perform welding inspection and quality control on project sites in the UAE. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years as a Welding Inspector, CBT qualification, and an IQMS Card.

You will ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements, review documentation, coordinate with welding teams and QA/QC personnel, identify defects, and maintain accurate inspection records throughout the contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Welding Inspector.
• CBT certification completed.
• Valid IQMS Card.
• Strong welding inspection and QC knowledge.
• Able to work on project/site environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform welding inspections in accordance with approved project requirements and quality procedures.

• Monitor welding activities and verify compliance with applicable specifications and approved procedures.

• Inspect welding workmanship, materials, joints, and completed welds for conformity.

• Review welding-related documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.

• Coordinate with welding teams, QA/QC personnel, engineers, and other project stakeholders regarding inspection activities.

• Identify and report welding defects, deviations, and non-conformities.

• Support quality control activities and ensure proper inspection documentation is maintained.

• Ensure all inspection activities are performed in accordance with project quality and safety requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Welding Inspector.

• Must have successfully passed CBT.

• Must possess a valid IQMS Card.

• Strong practical knowledge of welding inspection and quality control activities.

• Ability to work effectively in a project/site environment.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Willingness to work in the UAE for the specified contract duration.
