Job summary

Archirodon Construction (Overseas) Company limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking an engineering professional to oversee welding inspection and compliance for projects. Applicants must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, have experience with ADNOC or similar large-scale EPC projects, and possess relevant certifications. Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office are required, with Arabic being a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the O'G field with previous ADNOC approval.
• Experience on ADNOC projects or similar large-scale EPC projects in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferable.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Review project technical specifications, drawings, and BOQ to identify and determine quality and engineering criteria for materials, workmanship, and testing requirements related to welding RTFI works.
• Perform verification inspection of work elements related to welding RTFI works to assure compliance with established procedures and project specified requirements.
• Participate in on‑site receiving inspection of welding RTFI materials.
• Prepare review of welding specifications, mix design, and ITPs.
• Prepare welding testing standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized/reputed university.
• Experience working on ADNOC projects or similar large‑scale EPC projects in the UAE or Gulf region.
• CSWIP 3.1 Certified.
• ASNT Level II – Radiography Test Film and Interpretation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the O'G field and with previous ADNOC approval.
• Fluency in English and preferably Arabic.
• Computer literacy, proficient in computer skills including use of MS Office.
