Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific in Dubai is offering a structured Advisory Internship, a 3 to 6 month program designed to provide practical real estate experience within a professional corporate environment.

Interns will support day-to-day operations, participate in real estate projects, learn from experienced team members, develop foundational workplace skills, and gain exposure to market research, presentation preparation, and mentorship across CBRE Advisory.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a Real Estate (or related) major.
• Must have existing work authorization or valid UAE residency to work in the Middle East.
• Commit to a full-time internship for 3 to 6 months between Oct 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry.
• Ability to network and develop strong relationships.
• Strong presentation and solid communication (written and oral) skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized with MS Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assigned to a CBRE Advisory department (General Leasing, Industrial, Strategy, Marketing or Hospitality & Tourism).
• Provide ongoing support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews and financial analysis; conduct research.
• Contribute to special projects supporting process improvement and business growth.
• Assist in developing and preparing presentation materials.
• Work closely with assigned experienced team managers/leaders within the Advisory business.
• Participate in mentorship by assigned mentors/leaders.
• Track local and regional activities affecting the local real estate market.
• Update internal tracking databases for current and future prospects.

The CBRE Advisory Structured Internship offers students the opportunity to gain practical work experience in a professional corporate environment and aims to prepare successful candidates for a future career in real estate. Interns will participate in a structured 3 to 6-month program with responsibilities in supporting day-to-day business operations, participating in real estate projects, learn from experienced team members, and develop foundational workplace and professional skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assigned to a department within CBRE's Advisory business (General Leasing, Industrial Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Marketing or Hospitality & Tourism)
• Provide ongoing support with current deals, including market surveys, proposal reviews and summaries, lease reviews, financial analysis Conduct company, property and industry-specific research
• Contribute to special projects in support of process improvement and business growth
• Assist in developing and preparing presentation materials required
• Work closely with assigned experienced team managers/leaders within the Advisory business.
• Participate in mentorship by assigned mentor/leaders
• Track local and regional activities, e.g., economy, employment statistics, major company activity, industry trends and demographics that affect the local real estate market
• Exposure in updating internal tracking database for current and future prospects

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Undergraduate currently undergoing a Real Estate (or related) major
• Must have existing work authorization or valid residency to be based and work in the Middle East (ie. UAE Golden Visa, UAE Student Visa, etc)
• Must be able to commit to full time internship for 3 to 6 months between October 2026 - June 2027
• Strong desire to work in the commercial real estate industry
• Ability to network and develop strong relationships
• Strong presentation and solid communication (written and oral) skills
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and strong proficiency in MS office
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
