Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming catering inquiries and provide timely professional responses.
  • Meet with clients to understand their event needs preferences and budgets.
  • Prepare customized proposals negotiate contracts and finalize bookings.
  • Coordinate with culinary and service teams to plan menus and event logistics.
  • Oversee event execution including setup service and breakdown.
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales contracts and client communications.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and grow revenue.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated on food trends dietary requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in catering sales hospitality or event coordination (2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
