Manpower Middle East is seeking an Associate Category Sourcing - Business Services to lead end-to-end RFx activities and drive procurement excellence within business services. The role collaborates with strategic procurement teams and stakeholders across Finance and Operations to deliver cost savings, ensure governance, and enhance sourcing effectiveness in the UAE.

Ideal candidate has 8-12 years of experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with SAP/Ariba.

Qualifications

• End-to-end RFx preparation and execution (RFPs, RFQs, tenders, evaluations).
• Support supplier negotiations and supplier selection.
• Develop sourcing calendars and support demand planning for the category.
• Conduct market research on supply markets, pricing structures, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), business requirements, tender documentation, and sourcing reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and approval processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business functions to deliver sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on procurement savings, vendor performance, and sourcing outcomes.

Our client is seeking an Associate Category Sourcing - Business Services to join their procurement team. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of sourcing and RFx activities, supporting supplier negotiations, and driving procurement excellence across business services categories. The successful candidate will work closely with strategic procurement teams and business stakeholders to deliver cost savings, ensure compliance, and enhance sourcing effectiveness.

About the Requirements:

• Manage the end-to-end preparation and execution of RFx activities, including RFPs, RFQs, tenders, supplier evaluations, and bid assessments.
• Support supplier negotiations and contribute to the selection and recommendation of suppliers.
• Develop sourcing calendars and support demand planning activities for the category.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on supply markets, pricing structures, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), business requirements, tender documentation, and sourcing reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and approval processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business functions to deliver sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on procurement savings, vendor performance, and sourcing outcomes.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related discipline.
• 8-12 years of relevant sourcing, procurement, category management, or purchasing experience.
• Previous experience as a Purchasing Officer, Category Buyer, Procurement Specialist, or similar procurement-related role.
• Strong experience with RFx management, supplier evaluations, and vendor negotiations.
• Knowledge of business services sourcing and vendor management practices.
• Experience building sourcing calendars and managing supplier sourcing activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or other major ERP/procurement systems is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CIPS, or PSM will be considered an advantage.
