Job summary

Urban Company (UC) seeks a hands-on professional to drive quality and supply network growth in the UAE market. You will collaborate with trainers to shape training modules and build training infrastructure to raise service standards while onboarding a diverse supplier base.

You will solve problems at the grass roots level with a go-getter attitude, deeply engaging with partners to improve economics and satisfaction. 3–5 years of experience and strong SQL/data analytics are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a role with data analysis.
• Strong SQL and data analysis/insights skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; experience managing teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality Building: maintain high NPS and onboard supply with training.
• Supply Building: identify and onboard service aggregators with fieldwork.
• Problem Solving: self-ideate and implement grassroots solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Quality Building We are required to maintain very high NPS as per industry standards of existing services along with all the new planned additions to the portfolio With a very diverse supply wrt nationality and skillset the categories have always been open to crazy problem solving and innovation when it comes to ensuring that the right set of supply is onboarded with adequate training You will work with trainers to shape training modules build training infra to drive quality improvement
• Supply Building You will identify and onboard service aggregators in the category This will involve meeting many of them and plenty of fieldwork
• Problem Solving The role requires you to problem solve at the grass root level We expect the candidate to self ideate and innovate solutions to the problems at hand
• Hustle Significant ability to hustle and desire to get their hands dirty The candidate should have the willingness to deep dive into each problem understand and improve the key drivers of the business
• Partner Relationship We need to constantly work to improve partner side economics and happiness of our professionals The candidate will be accountable for building a loyal base of professionals with a very high affinity to UC as a platform
