Responsibilities

• Ensure safe custody of assets and verify invoices and proper recording of payments.
• Keep financial records up to date; reconcile cash and card transactions daily.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures; maintain a secure cash drawer and protect records.
• Receive and process payments from customers for vehicles, services, or maintenance.
• Reconciling cash and credit card transactions at the end of each day.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and daily cash balances; submit petty cash reports to back-office.
• Assist finance officer in coordinating with banks and insurance companies.
• Respond to customer inquiries about pricing and services offered.
