Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of financial transactions, including handling cash, credit card, and check payments.
• Should understand proper cash handling procedures, refunds or returns, and how to maintain accurate financial records.
• 3-5 years of similar experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify invoices and ensure payments are properly recorded and accounted.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and keep financial information confidential.
• Reconcile cash and credit card transactions at the end of each day.
• Ensure safe custody of assets and secure cash handling procedures.
• Assist with payments for new and trade-in cars, services and maintenance.
• Coordinate with bank and insurance company via finance officer.
• Answer customer inquiries about pricing and services offered.
