Qualifications

• High school diploma required; accounting-related qualification aPlus.
• Experience as Cashier, Billing Executive, or Accounts Assistant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Good numerical, calculation, and record-keeping skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, billing software, and payment systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible handling money.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Receive payments from customers for freight, delivery, and related services.
• Prepare receipts, invoices, and payment confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records of daily cash transactions and collections.
• Verify cash balances at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Reconcile daily collections with invoices and payment records.
• Assist with billing activities and maintain proper financial documentation.
• Coordinate with the accounts department regarding payments and outstanding balances.
• Respond to customer inquiries about invoices, receipts, and payment methods.
• Identify and report cash discrepancies or transaction errors to management.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and financial information.
• Follow company procedures for cash handling and payment processing.
• Keep the cashier counter and related records organized.
• Support other administrative and accounting tasks when required.
