Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain proper records of daily collections and deposits.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and refunds to clients as needed.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and ensure all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to record all payments and receipts correctly.
  • Manage petty cash and prepare regular financial summaries.
  • Support clients with payment-related queries and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Report any discrepancies or irregularities to the finance supervisor immediately.
Requirements
